Minister Fred II, born Frederick A. Whitlow II, affectionately known as Dr. Whitlow II, Mr. Fred, and Mr. Whitlow is a native of New York and is always excited about LIFE.
He is the recipient of the White House’s prestigious Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, the Presidential Volunteer Service Award and an Honorary Doctorate Degree (Humane Letters) for his humanitarian work locally, nationwide and abroad. He is also an alumnus of Oakwood University.
He is an entertainer, music curator, host, executive producer, and a pioneer in clean, Christian Hip-Hop who has worked with and produced over 30 rising artists up-to-date.

When not touring or engaged in No More Dirty Entertainment, He serves as the Youth and Family Services Coordinator for the Huntsville Housing Authority and is the Founder and Executive Director of ‘No More Dirty Inc,’ a public charity recognized by Mayor Tommy Battle and the City of Huntsville for its transformative and impactful work and service over 11 years.
